Customer Agreement and Terms of Service
First Due Power Washing LLC
1. Legally Binding Agreement
By accepting services from First Due Power Washing LLC, you are entering into a legally binding contract for professional exterior cleaning services at an agreed-upon price. If the service is canceled without prior notice, any deposit paid will be forfeited.
2. Product Warranties
All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of the products used. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those provided by product manufacturers.
3. Water Usage
You agree to provide access to an operational on-site water source during service. If none is available, additional fees may apply. Delays or return trips due to unavailable water may also incur charges.
4. Electrical Usage
You agree to provide access to an operational on-site electrical outlet if needed. Lack of access may result in additional fees.
5. Color and Tone Variances
Wood surfaces can absorb stain/cleaners differently, resulting in variances. Some discoloration from age or construction may remain after cleaning.
6. Courtesy and Safety
Please keep children, pets, and others away from the work area during and for 24 hours after service for safety and drying purposes.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, check, and digital payment methods. Late payments may incur interest and collection fees.
8. Scheduling & Weather Delays
Weather or unforeseen conditions may affect your appointment. We will notify you promptly of any delays or rescheduling needs.
9. Deck & Outdoor Contents
You are responsible for removing outdoor items (furniture, grills, plants) prior to service. If we must move them, we’re not liable for damage and may charge additional fees.
10. Pre-existing Conditions & Damages
We are not liable for damages to areas with pre-existing issues (loose siding, unsealed areas, rot, faded materials). Cleaning may make such damage more visible.
11. Stains
Some substances (rust, sap, paint, fungus) may not be removed with standard pressure washing. We will notify you of known permanent stains beforehand.
12. Property Condition
Your property should be weather-tight and in good condition prior to service. We are not responsible for damage due to faulty maintenance or installations.
13. Window Spotting
We do not include window cleaning. Some water spotting may occur and is not considered damage.
14. Concrete Cleaning Results
Concrete may show uneven coloring or surface imperfections due to its age, exposure, or curing. A uniform appearance is not guaranteed.
